What you can do
With an approved whitelabel account and an active whitelabel subscription, you get access to the full client management toolkit.
Onboarding and offboarding clients
Every organisation you onboard gets its own client account. Eloquent makes it easy to onboard, manage, and offboard clients without friction.
Adding clients
Invite a new client by entering a company name, owner name, and email address. No password required clients receive instant access via a secure email passcode.
Once logged in, they can:
Invite colleagues
Manage their own agents (within the permissions you define)
Access their dashboard and settings
Removing clients
Offboarding is just as simple. With a few clicks, you can remove a client organisation entirely. Access is immediately revoked and all usage tracking stops automatically.
Log in as a client
As the provider, you stay fully in control. You can log in as any client to see exactly what they see—making support and troubleshooting fast and effective.
Clients themselves only have access to the essentials (dashboard, agents, members, and settings), keeping things clear and manageable.
How to log in as a client:
Go to Clients in the side navigation
Search for the client
Click Switch
You’ll see a clear indicator in the side navigation showing that you’re logged in as that organisation.
Managing agents for clients
You decide how much control your clients get.
You can fully manage agent creation yourself
Allow clients to create agents with restrictions
Or give clients full control within predefined limits
Once an agent is delivered to production, clients can manage settings such as tone, rules, and branding—while you retain control over the core configuration. This ensures quality, consistency, and alignment with your agreements.

Usage and cost tracking
Eloquent gives you full insight into how each client’s agents perform and what they cost.
Client agents use your wallet for AI usage and company identification. This is pay-per-use and deducted directly from your balance, allowing you to define your own pricing and margins.
