IP-to-company identification
Eloquent can identify website visitors based on their IP address and link them to a company. This is called IP-to-Company identification. It gives you insight into which organizations visit your website and allows you to use this information within your agents and workflows.
- IP address → The IP address of a website visitor is used to identify a company.
- Company ID → Once a company is identified, it is linked to a unique company ID in the system.
Pricing
IP-to-Company identification is charged per identified company. Just like token usage, the costs are paid in advance through the wallet in Eloquent.
- Company identification → €0.30 per unique company ID.
- One-time cost → You never pay a second time for the same company ID.
Wallet system
Just like token usage, costs for IP-to-Company identification are automatically deducted from the central wallet.
- The wallet works on a prepaid system.
- For each new company ID, €0.30 is automatically deducted.
- If a company has already been identified before, no additional charge is applied.
- You can enable automatic top-ups to prevent identification from stopping due to an empty wallet.
Example
- Your website receives 5,000 business visitors in a month.
- Out of those, 200 unique companies can be identified.
- Cost: 200 × €0.30 = €60 (one-time per company).
- If the same companies visit your website again later, no additional costs are charged.
- This applies per AI agent; if you use multiple agents, a company may be identified again per agent and identification costs may apply again.
