Analytics & reporting
Analytics in Eloquent give you full visibility into how your agents are performing. You can see what’s happening under the hood — from the number of conversations to which functions and triggers were used.
At this stage, Eloquent doesn’t provide a pre-built dashboard for analysis. Instead, you can export your data and create reports in whatever format makes sense for your agency and your clients. This way, you decide what’s important to highlight, without overwhelming your clients with raw data.
What you can see
- Conversations → Track how many conversations agents handle in a selected period.
- Triggers & functions → See which triggers were used most often, and which functions agents called.
- Costs → Monitor AI usage costs connected to conversations (see also Client Management).
Exporting data
All analytics can be exported as a CSV file. This gives you the flexibility to run your own analysis.
