Client management
Client management is the beating heart of your business inside Eloquent. It’s where you create, manage, and support the clients you serve.
What you can do
Eloquent offers the following powerful features so you can fully manage your clients.
On- and offboarding clients
Eloquent makes it simple to onboard, manage, and offboard clients.
Adding Clients – You can invite a new client with just an email address. They don’t need to create a password — access is instant. From there, they can log in, invite colleagues, and start managing their own agents based on the permissions you’ve set.
Removing Clients – Offboarding is straightforward. With a few clicks, you can remove a client, instantly stopping their access and billing. All usage tracking for that client halts automatically.
Log in as a client
As the provider, you stay in control. You can log in as a client to see exactly what they see, making support and troubleshooting quick and easy. Clients themselves get access to only the essentials (dashboard, agents, members, settings), so they remain in control without needing to worry about complexity.
Manage agents for clients
Your clients don’t create their own agents — you do. As the provider, you’re responsible for setting up all agents your clients can access.
Once an agent is delivered for production, your clients can manage its settings (tone, rules, branding, etc.) within the limits you’ve defined. You remain in control of the full configuration, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with your agreements.

Usage and cost tracking
Eloquent gives you full visibility into how each client’s agents are performing.
You can:
- View conversations per client → Select a time frame (day, week, month, or custom range) to see exactly how many conversations your client’s agents have handled.
- Monitor costs → Track the AI usage costs directly linked to those conversations, so you always know what each client consumes.
- Stay transparent → This makes it easier to bill accurately, report back to clients, or optimize usage if costs are running higher than expected.
This way, you stay in control of both performance and financials — and your clients benefit from clear, predictable usage reporting.
Client branding per agent
Every client deserves their own look and feel. With Eloquent, you can style each agent to match your client’s brand. This means:
- Clients get agents that feel like a natural part of their digital environment.
- You strengthen the client’s brand consistency across touchpoints.
- Your client only sees their own identity, you have the option to show a subtle “powered by [your-brand]” line.
