Set up your brand

Everything in Eloquent is white-label. That means your clients will only ever see your brand — not ours.
You manage all branding settings under Settings → Branding in your dashboard.

Step 1 – Upload your logo

• Go to Settings → Branding.
• Upload your agency or company logo (recommended size: 260 × 80 px).
• This logo will be visible in all your client-facing agents.

Step 2 – Choose your brand colors

• In the same Branding menu, choose your primary brand color.
• Once saved, the portal will automatically adapt its interface to match your chosen color.

Step 3 – Connect your custom domain

By default, your environment runs on an Eloquent subdomain. To make it fully yours:

1. Go to Settings → Branding → Domain.
2. Enter the domain or subdomain you want to connect (e.g. ai.youragency.com).
3. Update your DNS records with the values provided (CNAME or A record).
4. Once DNS is verified, your platform will be live under your domain.

This ensures your clients always interact with your brand, on your domain.

After branding is complete, your platform is ready for agents and clients.
