White-label branding
Branding is at the core of Eloquent. Every agent you deploy carries your brand or your clients brand, not ours.
Key features
- Custom logo – Upload your company or agency logo to instantly personalize the platform.
- Colors – Set your primary color so the interface matches your brand identity.
- Powered by URL – Set a powered by URL so users know who provided the AI experience. This is a very powerful marketing tool.
- Custom domain – Connect your own domain for a fully seamless client experience.
Per-client branding
One of the most powerful features: you can brand agents per client. This means your agency portal remains consistent under your brand, but every client-facing agent can adopt the client’s house style.
- Add the client’s logo
- Apply their color palette
- Use their domain if needed
This flexibility ensures that each client sees their identity reflected, while you keep full ownership and control.

Connect your own domain
You can connect your own custom domain to your Eloquent environment to make it fully yours.Host your branded version of Eloquent under a domain such as ai.your-company.com, so your clients experience the platform entirely under your name: your look, your domain, your brand
Step 1: Choose how you want to host Eloquent
Decide whether you want to:
- keep using the default subdomain (
your-company.eloquent.chat), or - Recommended: connect your own (sub)domain (for example,
ai.your-company.com).
Step 2: Add your domain in Eloquent
Go to Company Settings → Whitelabel → Domains and add a new domain entry.
If you’re using a subdomain (like ai.company-name.com):
- Create a CNAME record in your DNS settings (for example via Cloudflare or your domain registrar).
- Point this record to the automatically generated subdomain provided by Eloquent.
- Make sure the connection is not proxied.
If you’re using a root domain (like company-name.ai):
- Create an A record instead.
- Point it to the URL shown in Eloquent’s settings under Value.
3. Confirm ownership
Once your DNS records are configured, click Verify in Eloquent.
After the records resolve, Eloquent will automatically:
validate ownership,
provision TLS certificates, and
create an ingress based on your cluster environment.
No manual setup is required. The entire process typically completes within about two minutes.
